How do I pay for my order?
You have 3 options for payment:
1) Credit Card (Any Credit Card, doesn't have to be American)
2) Cash on Delivery
3) Pass by our office to pay in Cash
If it's your first time ordering with us, we require that you pay a minimum down payment if your order exceeds $200.
Where are our offices located?
We are located in Jdeideh, Pierre Gemayel Street, facing Total Station.
Can I use my phone to place an order?
If you have an Android device, you can install the application "Kiwi Browser - Fast & Quiet" from Google Play Store. Once installed, click on "Desktop Site" to activate it then follow the same steps in our "how-it-works" page to download our extension and proceed with your order.
What does the final price include?
Delivery Cost = Shipping cost (Within USA, From USA to Lebanon, and Within Lebanon) + Custom fees +VAT.
In case of any problems with customs, do I have to pay extra?
No, the final price you see on Shipped.io is the exact price you pay. We take responsibility for any inconvenience in terms of additional fees.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time varies depending on the Amazon seller. However, once your item reaches our warehouse in the US, we are able to deliver it to you within 1-2 weeks.
What is Amazon Prime and how does it help?
Being members of Amazon Prime means that if available, the product you ordered will reach our warehouse in the US on the same day. Therefore, your product will be delivered to Lebanon much faster.
Where can I pick up my item?
There's no need for you to go through the hassle, we've got it covered! We offer free delivery all across Lebanon, but if you insist on passing by, we'll be waiting to meet you in our office.
Can I order products from websites other than Amazon?
Amazon carries a wide variety of more than 3 billion products to choose from. Therefore, you can find almost everything you need.

Can I order more than 1 piece of the same item?
Yes, the “+” sign next to the “Delivery Cost” button allows you to add multiples of the same product.
Once you do so, our extension will automatically grant you a 10% discount on delivery cost for every additional piece.
Can I return/exchange the product if it was damaged/ not as requested?
Shipped.io offers a 14-day return policy applicable following the terms and conditions:
- if the item received is not as described/advertised.
- if the item received is damaged or has missing parts.
- if the item has not been used, opened, worn or altered by the customer.
In case of exchange, you would be required to pay the shipping fee from Beirut back to USA, and we will handle the shipping cost from US back to Lebanon.
If I ordered clothes/shoes that didn’t fit my size, do I get a refund/exchange?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for sizing issues. Please make sure you refer to the size charts on Amazon to avoid any inconvenience.
Can I cancel my order after confirmation?
Once your order is confirmed, you will have 24hours in case you want to cancel.
Why can't I see the “Delivery Cost” button on Amazon?
This means that the item you’ve selected does not state the “weight” or “dimensions”.
In this case, you can call our support for assistance or use our shipping calculator.
Do you deliver all over Lebanon?
Yes, we offer free delivery across Lebanon.
