  • How does Shipped.io work?
  • Rather than filling a cart on Amazon, fill it on Shipped.io using our extension. You pick your items and we ship them to you.

  • Do I adjust the address on Amazon?
  • No, simply leave it as is. Once you download the extension, our system will automatically adjust the address to our US warehouse.

  • Can I buy any product found on Amazon?
  • Yes, with the exception of illegal & unsafe banned items. Learn more

  • What does the final price include?
  • Shipping cost, Custom fees, and VAT.

  • In case of any problems with customs, do I have to pay extra?
  • No, the final price you see on Shipped.io is the exact price you pay. We take responsibility for any inconvenience in terms of additional fees.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
  • On average, it will take 2-3 weeks for your product to arrive. Please note that delivery time varies and depends on the seller.

  • What is Amazon Prime?
  • Being an Amazon Prime member allows us to have same-day shipping within USA.

  • How do I pay for my order?
  • You have 3 options for payment:

    1) Credit Card

    2) Cash on Delivery

    3) Pass by our office to pay in Cash 

    If it's your first time ordering with us, and you choose option 2 or 3, we require that you pay a 50% deposit if your order exceeds $200.

  • Where does my item go when it reaches Lebanon?
  • Your item will go to the delivery point, which is our office located in Jdeideh, Pierre Gemayel Street, facing Total Station.

  • Where can I pick up my item?
  • Visit our office in Jdeideh (Pierre Gemayel Street, facing Total Station), or wait for Aramex to deliver it to you.

  • Can I order products from websites other than Amazon?
  • Right now, you can only order products from Amazon.

  • How many products can I order at once?
  • You can order as many products as you want.

  • Can I order more than 1 piece of the same item?
  • Yes, the “+” sign next to the “Delivery Cost” button allows you to add multiples of the same product.

  • Can I track my order?
  • When your product reaches Lebanon and your order is fulfilled, we will provide you with a tracking number to input on Aramex’s website.

     

  • Can I return/exchange the product if it was damaged/ not as requested?
  • Shipped.io offers a 14-day return policy applicable following the terms and conditions:

    - if the item received is not as described/advertised.

    - if the item received is damaged or has missing parts.

    - if the item has not been used, opened, worn or altered by the customer.

    Please note that we offer a partial refund only: 80% of the item’s price.

  • If I ordered clothes/shoes that didn’t fit my size, do I get a refund/exchange?
  • Unfortunately, we are not responsible for sizing issues. Please make sure you refer to the size charts on Amazon to avoid any inconvenience.

  • Can I cancel my order after confirmation?
  • This is unfortunately not possible since your order would've already been under processing with the Amazon seller.

  • Why can't I see the “Delivery Cost” button on Amazon?
  • This means that the item you’ve selected does not state the “weight” or “dimensions”.

    In this case, you can call our support for assistance or you can use our shipping calculator. 

  • Do you deliver all over Lebanon?
  • Yes, we offer free delivery across Lebanon.
